The RG Char’s Z’Gok was a fun little kit and a nice departure from the norm for Real Grade so when I saw there was going to be Mass Producion version of it I didn’t hesitate to secure one for myself.

Essentially this is the exact same kit as the Char’s just in different colours.

Even the hand claws are a different colour.

The stickers are also the same.

The only original thing in this kit is a small second set of stickers to be used in place of Char’s distinction.

When you’ve got it all assembled you end up with this cool-looking thing.

The two stickers on the chest, if you can call it that, are new.

As is the lone sticker on the back of the body.

You also put a number 7 sticker on both arms and one of the legs.

Good times!

Also got mine this week. But is it identical? That small specific instruction sheet that also lists the stickers locations also lists two smaller runners. What does it say?

That says that the D1 and E1 runners are slightly different than what is in the manual for the Char’s Z’Gok. When you compare them you can see that they excluded the pilot figure from the Char’s Z’Gok which was on the D1 runner and put a pilot figure for this release on the E1 runner.
